MDVL@Illinois celebrates end of Fall semester

Date
01/19/23

Affiliates and friends of the Program in Medieval Studies gathered in early December to celebrate the end of the fall semester. Guests enjoyed holiday snacks and beverages while catching up with friends and colleagues. The highlight of the event was a celebration of seasonal poetry, with both students and faculty sharing some of their favorite poems and songs about the winter season--and even a spontaneous singalong of Adeste Fidelis. There was a strong sense of holiday spirit as we said goodbye to Fall 2022 and looked forward in anticipation to the winter break.
